China has paid more attention to professional education in recent years.Vocational college students are first-tier talented persons in production,management,operation and service industries.Vocational college students are short for students of higher vocational and technical college which belongs to college degree.There has been a series of mental health problems among the vocational college students in recent years,such as their declining subjective well-being.This is closely related to their family education and attributional style which are different from the undergraduate students.The study aims to explore the relationship between the parenting pattern,attributional style and subjective well-being of vocational college students.The study is helpful to know the current situation and characteristics of the parenting style,attributional style and subjective well-being of vocational college students and its relationship.This study adopts questionnaire survey to investigate the students in three higher vocational colleges by using the method of difference test,correlation analysis,variance analysis,regression analysis and mediation analysis to analyze the data.The results of data analysis showed that:1.The parenting pattern,attributional style and subjective well-being of vocational college students were closely related;2.The parenting pattern and attributional style of vocational college students have a significant predictive effect on their subjective well-being;3.Attributional style plays an intermediary role between parents' refusal to reward and subjective well-being;it plays a complete intermediary role between parents' warmth and subjective well-being;It mediates partly between the overprotection of parents and subjective well-being.The study show that the parenting pattern,attributional style and subjective well-being are closely related.From this study,we draw the following conclusions:(1)For vocational college students,there have close relationships among family educating method,attributional style and subjective well-being.Family education styles and attribution styles affect the subjective well-being of higher vocational technical college students.A good family education style and attribution style can help improve the subjective well-being of higher vocational technical college students.(2)Positive and optimistic attribution styles will help improve the subjective well-being of the higher vocational technical college students,while negative and pessimistic attribution styles may reduce their subjective well-being.(3)Warm parental rearing styles can improve the subjective well-being level of higher vocational technical college students,while family education styles of refusal and over-protection can adversely affect the subjective well-being of higher vocational technical college students.Finally,viewed from family educating method and attributional style,for the purpose of enhancing subjective well-being of this group,this paper proposed some feasible suggestions.Therefore,parents of vocational college students shall adopt warm family educating methods and keep away from negative and overprotective family educating methods.Meanwhile,they shall also develop their children positive and optimistic attributional styles.The above conclusions can give certain references to improving subjective well-being level of this group.
