There was a large number of Ci poets in the period of Emperor Qianjia in Qing dynasty. All of the poets in circum-Taihu area especially Wangchang communicated with others frequently. In addition to taking part in and organizing many poetry activities, Wang Chang ofen gathered up some of them to discuss and share ideas with each other. There was no doubt that Wangchang was the key man who had linked these poets all together. And this position brought Wangchang much more convenience on collecting Ci works. According to codifing "Summary of Qing Ci" and its sequel, "Summary of Qinhualou Ci ", "Works of Five poets in Lianchuan" and "Qingpu poetic Memoir", Wangchang had not only publicized the concept of "Western Zhejiang group", but had also made great contribution on saving local works and blaze local culture.The thesis starts with Wangchang's relationship and focus on his Ci summaries. And the purpose is to find out the connection between Wangchang and the circum-Taihu Ci sector. Branch theory is divided into four chapters. The first chapter clears up Wangchang's wide relationship with other poets. Chapter 2 deals with "Summary of Qing Ci" and its sequel, "Summary of Qinhualou Ci that were used to publicized Ci concept. Chapter 3 focus on "Works of Five poets in Lianchuan" and "Qingpu poetic Memoir" which were two summaries of local poets. The last chapter sums up the influence of Wangchang's Ci activities on circum-Taihu Ci sector.
