Jinyang as the other capital of the Northern Qi Dynasty had very important status during the Eastern Wei and the Northern Qi Dynasty. There have been a lot of burials found in Jinyang. The occupant of the burials are persons rendered outstanding service for Northern Qi Dynasty. Most of these burials are in high-grade and most of them have full-length epitaphs. These epitaphs reflect their personal biography, their government post and their titles of nobility,as well as that,these epitaphs provide us information of the structure of the political power in the Northern Qi Dynasty. From the Northern Wei Dynasty to the Northern Qi Dynasty, different political power was reformed. XuXianxiu, Shedi Huiluo and LouRui as the partners of that period, their life were deeply influenced.Moreover, they were on behalf of the three forces in the soicety:the Han who contributed in military affairs; the tribal chiefs and the queen's family members.They steped in the center of the country power,becoming the important persons in the Northern Qi Dynasty. The thesis based on elucidating and the analysis of the content of the epitaphs of the Shedi Huiluo and his wives,and the epitaphs of XuXianxiu as well as others' epitaphs and historical records,puts forward some views of the questions on the relationship between the Hu and Han in political society of the Northern Qi Dynasty. The thesis consists four parts except the preface.The Preface is about the status of Jinyang, the introduction of the burials of Shedi Huiluo, LouRui and XuXianxiu, and the academic history of the three burials. As well as that,the preface briefly discusses the relationship between the Hu and Han in the Eastern Wei-Northern Qi Dynasty.Chapterâ… , collates and interprets the epitaph of XuXianxiu.Chapterâ…¡, collates and interprets the epitaphs of Shedi Huiluo and his wives.Chapterâ…¢, discusses the Han's status in the Northern Qi Dynasty and points out that XuXianxiu as the representative of the poor family background of the Han, raises his status by military. Pointing that the Northern Qi Dynasty as a period of the Medieval China, can not get rid of the respect for aristocrat.Chapter V, discusses the matrimony that reflects from the epitaphs of the Shedi Huiluo and his wifves, and the combat between the Hu and Han in the Northern Qi Dynasty. Pointing that the marriage between the Hu and the Han was effected by the respect for aristocrat.Conclusion, summary the full text,points that the Northern Qi Dynasty was perished because of the unbalance of the relationship between the Hu and Han,which ruined the military base of the Northern Qi Dynasty.
