It is hard to say that pop culture will definitly be attractive to others, and the attractiveness of pop culture may not be able to change others'minds and actions.So the primary problem is to figure out how to make pop culture attractive and powerful. There are several conditions for turning pop culture into sofe power. Firstly,it is essential for pop culture itself to be highly attractive. Secondly,pop culture should be widely spreaded, it's a very important precondition. Making pop culture highly attractive and widely spreaded need efforts from government,corporation, individuals etc.It is an external condition from pop culture itself.
