Pipa music is rich and colorful,Is more emphasis on the contemporary creation of new sounds for musical instruments and playing techniques of re-mining, Hong Kong Modern composers Luo Yonghui, in the face of Chinese traditional musical instruments, traditional culture, Chinese art, and many other creative sources of thinking, it will be Chinese and Western music theory combined with modern composition techniques, from the inside out to create one that belongs to his personal species of modern Chinese spirit. This paper selects the Luo Yonghui 1997 pipa solo creation, "A Thousand Sweeps" to startdiscussion。Paper is divided into three chapters:Chapter 1: "A Thousand Sweeps" an overview of musicChapter 2: "A Thousand Sweep" and playing techniques of musical form.Chapter 3: "A Thousand Sweeps" the analogy of music and cursive artMusical works on this analysis, the author the one hand, through rational and accurate analysis, while also explore the work's social background and cultural background, and the works of the main ideas in the hint. Chinese music at home in the collective works of creation show a strong sense of roots - to the Chinese customs, religion and mystical perception; of the Chinese culture (history, philosophy, all home to the myths, legends, calligraphy, painting etc.) in-depth understanding of all levels; on the hard in pursuit of artistic conception of Chinese landscape; and music combined with real life, have to make their music hard to break away with the China complex.
