Studies On The Quality Standard And HPLC Fingerprint Of Sorbus Tianschanica Rupr.

Objective: 1.To eatablilsh the quality standard of Sorbus tianschanica Rupr .,based on the Chinese Pharmacopeia(2005).2.To eatablilshed the HPLC fingerprint of Sorbus tianschanica Rupr. Method: 1.The content of quality standard including: character, physical and chemical identification,microscopic identification,TLC identification, moisture, total ash and acid-insoluble ash, heavy metals , arsenic salt, ethanol-soluble extractives, determination the content of Amygdalin of and Hyperoside and so on . 2. To eatablilshed the HPLC fingerprint of Sorbus tianschanica Rupr. by gradient elution. Results: 1.Developed the quality standard draft to control the quality of of Sorbus tianschanica Rupr. 2.A method of HPLC fingerprint of Sorbus tianschanica Rupr. was establised. By studying comparatively the fingerprints of ten samples, 20 peaks have been identified as the general peaks. Conclusion: 1. To eatablilsh the quality standard of Sorbus tianschanica Rupr.on versatile index and supply the modern method of quality control for traditional Chinese drug with qualitation and quantitation analysis ,and evaluate index.2. Based on"Similarity Evaluation system for Chromatographic Fingerprint of traditional chinese medicine (Version 2004A)", amygdalin and hyperoside was used as reference substance, calibration of the total peak, and analysed the similarity of 10 samples'fingerprint, and meet the requirements. The method is simple, stability, repeatability and precision are comply with the requirements, and have a wide range of applicability.
