Confirming the function and services of the major hospitals, define their duties, act as a core of the whole system, a large hospital can accomplish the following tasks by using his own resources and strengths: interaction with the community health services, technology (equipment) support, providing health education, free clinic consultation, training General practitioners and nurses in all subjects, etc.3. Rational allocation of health resources is important measures to develop community health care services. We should try to meet the medical needs of more people according to health resources major regional hospitals can provide.4. The establishment of an interactive computer network platform to achieve infonnation sharing. Selecting the relevant community health services network software, and using the digital power of large hospitals, we can establish an interactive computer network infonnation platform.Methods1. Data collection. Collect data on community health service centers in downtown areas about their effectiveness, their information sharing with large hospitals as well as the construction of the health information system. All data are collected from health administrations including Chongqing Municipal Health Bureau, the Northern District Health Board, Jiulongpo District Health Board, Shapingba District Health Bureau, Yuzhong District Health Board and the community health service center in the main city areas.We combine Quantitative study with qualitative study. Make comprehensive assessment and analysis through individual interviews, group discussions, key interviews and field research. Data collection methods. Qualitative research, according to sampling method aims to extract the key to health administration insider, CHS providers and users of key interviews, focus on group discussions and individual depth interviews; quantitative research mainly based on the daily statistics from the Health Bureau of Chongqing and Chongqing City, affiliated community health centers of No.9 People's Hospital. Data analysis:The quantitative data collected by the constituent ratio and related indicators were descriptive analysis.The reform of Health Services, especially Community Health Services, was launched all over China, but no effective and ideal system has been achieved till now. This paper analyzes CHS overseas and home, then explores some approaches which can promote the information interaction between Special Hospitals and CHSs.Results:1. Community health information sharing system has been set up in most CHSC of Chongqing districts and health administrations, it greatly promotes the convenience of our work, but still there are a lot needs to be done to make it better.2. As to the resources sharing, No.9 people's hospital of Chongqing and its affiliated CHSC have set us a good example. Functions of CHS have been fulfilled well and local people can enjoy high quality health services. But because of the lack of funds, we don't have efficient information management networks, as a result, our work is inefficient, time-consuming, and information is easily lost. The key way to overcome all previous setbacks is to set up interactive health information networks between large hospitals and CHSC as soon as possible. Only in doing so, we can get access to the information high way and make bigger progresses.Conclusion:According to above investigation, complete community health information interactive networks between CHSC and large hospitals is urgently needed. Our nation pays greater attention to CHS. Large hospitals can directly supervise and guide CHSC by sharing health information and their advantageous resources. On the other hand, government plays a key role in the construction of networks. We can't achieve our goals without the support and investment and policy form our government. Only in doing so, we can make full use of digital community health centers to serve people.
