Objective: to understand chongqing middle school students AIDS related knowledge, attitude and behavior of the status and influence factors. Evaluation of student population of HIV/AIDS prevention education companion, constructing scientific and practical effectiveness of AIDS health school education supervision and evaluation index system. Explore suitable for chongqing middle school students peer education mode of AIDS prevention, formulate relevant policies and measures to provide the scientific basis.Methods: Multi-stage cluster sampling method: the first stage Jiangjin district and Shapingba selection as project. One representative of the main city Shapingba, Jiangjin behalf suburban areas. The second phase of the two project areas in vocational secondary schools taking four points as the investigation, which Shapingba District 2, District 2 Jiangjin. The capacity of volunteers in peer education activities have been significantly increased after (P <0.001), peer education volunteers constructed training mode, the content in the evaluation of peer education in middle school students in Chongqing that AIDS prevention (77.0%) , mode of transmission of AIDS and its transmission route (74.7%), secondary school students in the prevention and control of AIDS in the role (67.8%), life skills and AIDS prevention education (60.3%), peer educators should have the knowledge, skills and qualities ( 56.8%), the content of peer education is most important.
