| Objective: To explore the influencing factors of quality of life of Kazakh patients with primary hypertension; By health education and reinforcement intervention for hypertension patients were carried out, to raise the level of treatment compliance and quality of life on Kazakhs patients with primary hypertension. Methods: By using random cluster sampling method, we selected 606 cases Kazakhs patients with primary hypertension as research objects whose settled or semi-settled male and female Kazak Herdsmen. A quasi-experimental study design was adopted. Community intervention trial lasted for 10 months. we evaluated effectiveness of the intervention by the change of treatment compliance and quality of life and blood pressure on primary hypertension. Results: 1 Treatment compliance situation:â‘ The proportion of maintaining medication treatment was improved from 23.57% to 54.37%;â‘¡The proportion of persisting clinical follow-up was improved from 43.21% to 56.75%;â‘¢The proportion of stopping drinking alcohol was improved from 6.14% to 19.23%;â‘£The proportion of maintaining reasonable diet was improved from 3.93% to 11.11%. 2 Comparing to the baseline, the systolic blood pressure of the hypertension patients in the intervention community decreased 3.44mmHg and diastolic pressure was decreased 3.05mmHg, there was statistically significant (P<0.05) between pre-intervention and post-intervention. 3 Quality of life situation: After 10 months intensified intervention, the scores of all dimensions were improved significantly. 4 Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, gender, physical, exercise, course of disease and educational background were the main factors influencing the quality of life of patients with hypertension.
