Objective: To collect and sort out prescriptions of yege from qing dynasty medicinal books, to summarize the prescription regularity, to explore etiology and pathogenesis and rule of prevention and cure. It was expected to guide how to use drug in clinic and provide new idea on how to prevent recrudescence after operation. Methods: After consulting abundant qing dynasty medicinal books, there were to collect and sort out and arrange the prescriptions of yege, to summarize the prescription regularity with frequency analysis and cluster analysis. Results: There are 178 prescriptions of yege from qing dynasty doctors. Warm ? Coldand neutral are the most that accounted for 92.48% in four nature. Sweet, pungentand bitter are the most that accounted for 94.91% in the five flavors. Cumulative frequency of lung?spleen? liver? heart is 93.24%. Cumulative frequency of Chinese herb reaches 90.24 % , which are restoratives, Chinese Medicinal Herbs for resolving phlegm antitussive and antiasthmatic, Chinese Medicinal Herbs for impeling gas, Chinese Medicinal Herbs for promoting diuresis and resolving dampness, Chinese Medicinal Herbs for relieving exterior syndrome or diaphoretics, Chinese Medicinal Herbs for clearing heat, Chinese Medicinal Herbs for warming interior, Chinese Medicinal Herbs for invigorating the blood and removing blood stasis. Restoratives include Chinese Medicinal Herbs for filling gas, filling sap, filling blood. They accounted for restoratives'frequency of 91.84%. They do the main work. The top 20 herbs of the maximum Frequency are banxia, fuling, chenpi, shengjiang, gancao, renshen, maidong, danggui, baizhu, xuanfuhua, xingren, zhuru, ganjiang, pipaye, li, fuzi, baishao, baodoukou, juhong and huanglian. 14 drugs surpass 20 times. There are 5 cluster prescriptions through cluster analysis They are banxia and fuling ; chenpi; shengjiang and gancao; renshen, maidong, danggui, baizhu, xuanfuhua and xingren; zhuru, ganjiang and pipaye. Conclusions: (1)The prescription regularity of qing dynasty doctors curing yege are as follows:â‘ Used in conjunction treatment of Xinkai Kujiang and Ganwen Bingshi;â‘¡Adjusting viscera placidly to get rid of pathogens;â‘¢Strengening body resistance to dispel pathogenic factors, treatment both the root and branch aspects. (2)The top 14 herbs form two herb unities according to their efficacy. There are herb unity for resolving phlegm and antiemetic and herb unity for restorative. The herb unity for resolving phlegm and antiemetic are banxia, fuling, chenpi; banxia, shengjiang; banxia, renshen; banxia, ganjiang; banxia, maidong; chenpi, zhuru; chenpi, shengjiang. The herb unity for restorative are renshen, baizhu, fuling, gancao; renshen, danggui; renshen, chenpi; chenpi, baizhu; chenpi, dangui. (3) The etiology and pathogenesis of yege from prescription corresponding symptom are as follows:â‘ Liver is unhappy and spleen is weakness;â‘¡Phlegm, gas and blood are block;â‘¢Gas, blood and sap are deficient. (4) The new ideas of preventing yege are to be happy, to regard bite and sup, to reduce sex.
