Objective: Through dozens of famous doctor in Xinjiang everyone's in-depth interviews about the right to informed consent, identify problems, analyze problems and propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Methods: According to dozens of famous doctor in Xinjiang everyone's reality, and in teachers and related experts and scholars under the guidance of the outline design their own interview, from the medical staff of the informed consent of the right to know basic information, health care system, interest-oriented, the legal system, traditions habits, medical service concept ,inform the content and methods, the patient's own qualities and self-cultivation, doctor-patient communication, medical and nursing staff working status and the basic quality of health care workers , through interviews ,communication and statistical analysis and other methods caused by the implementation of informed consent of the right to find out the crux of the poor and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. (1),design interview questionnaire: in search of literature and consulting experts and scholars, based on interviews with self-designed questionnaire, after pre-investigation and should be amended. (2),in-depth interviews: the investigation process mainly uses three kinds of interviews.â‘ ,doctors all issues in respect of each interview to be confirmed, and accordingly put forward their perspectives.â‘¡,famous doctor on each interview talk about the issue of elongation.â‘¢,interviews simultaneous recording and famous doctor confirmed all autographed.(3),data and statistics: according to raw data obtained from interviews with both conventional and statistical methods.Results: The status of the right to informed consent: (1),the health system's bottlenecks(.2),the interest-oriented is not clear.(3),the legal system is imperfect.(4),the construction of hospital culture gap.(5),the patient's own reasons for both sides.Conclusions: Through this in-depth interviews to show the status of the right to informed consent can not be optimistic about the need to adopt a positive response.(1),for health system reform.(2),the interest-oriented mechanism explicitly.(3),improve the legal system.(4),to strengthen the hospital culture.(5),improving doctor-patient both their own qualities.
