Anti-tumor Study Of The Fufang Wuguteng Capsule

Objective: This paper aims to study the anti-tumor effect of the Fufang Wuguteng Capsule, to discuss the mechanism, for provide some experimental evidences to its clinical application.Method: Use the transplanted-tumor models, observed its effects of inhibit tumor growth,prolong life;and its impaction of the non-specific immune,the cellular immunity,the humoral immunity; and its effects of anti-fatigue,anti-hypoxia; increase the role of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,reduce the toxicity of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Results: The 2.25g/kg, 1.125g/kg ,0.5625g/kg dose group could inhibit- ed the growth of the S180 tumor mouse, and the average inhibition rates of three tests were 52.68 percent,43.41 percent ,28.29 percent (P <0.01); The 2.25g/kg, 1.125g/kg ,0.5625g/kg dose group could inhibited the growth of the Lewis lung mouse, and the average inhibition rates of three tests were 55.71 percent, 46.67 percent , 36.67 percent (P <0.01); The 2.25g/kg, 1.125g/kg ,0.5625g/kg dose group could prolonged the survival time of the S180 ascites carcinoma mouse, and the average life extension rates of three tests were 26.06 percent, 17.95 percent, 11.75 percent; The TNF,s cytotoxic index of the 2.25g/kg, 1.125g/kg dose group was 60.48 percent,56.00 percent (P <0.01, P <0.05); The NK,s killing rate of the 2.25g/kg, 1.125g/kg ,0.5625g/kg dose group was 32.23 percent ,35.22 percent , 26.70 percent (P <0.01, P <0.05); The 2.25g/kg, 1.125g/kg dose group could significantly improved the carbon ability of the tumor mouse , and the phagocytic index was higher than the CTX group (P <0.01) ; The 2.25g/kg, 1.125g/kg, 0.5625g/kg dose group compared with the CTX group, the results showed their OD values were significantly different (P <0.01); The 2.25g/kg dose group could prolonged the swimming time (P <0.05), the survival time after acute hypoxia (P <0.05); The 60Co irradiation combined with the three dose groups all could significantly reduce the tumor weight (P <0.05),The 2.25g/kg dose group could obviously the bone marrow cells ,spleen colony (P﹤0.05,P<0.01); The average inhibition rate was 89.36 percent of the 1.125g/kg plus CTX combined group,and the average inhibition rate was 87.23 percent of the 1.125g/kg plus 5-FU combined group,they all greater than the two combined theoretical value;The 2.25g/kg, 1.125g/kg dose group could against the bone marrow cells 's reduction,the WBC's reduction by the CTX(P <0.01 , P <0.05).Conclusion: The results showed that the Fufang Wuguteng Capsule could significantly inhibited tumor growth, prolonged the survival time, improved the non-specific immunity, cellular immunity, humoral immunity, enhanced the ability of anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia, increased the roles of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,reduced the toxicity of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
