Thus, facial paralysis as a sudden event, the patient's physical condition and mental state.psychological impact should not be overlooked, with the medical model changes in the traditional acupuncture treatment, in the traditional acupuncture, with psychotherapy worked for facial paralysis excellent quality. So reinforcing the study of facial paralysis and researching effective treatment has important practical significance. This research which based on my tutor's clinical experience for years and the systematical review of all documents, then made the treatment plan. In the treatment of clinical symptoms were observed before and after the change, and apply the EPQ,SAS and SDS, SF-36. All score results are treated with statistics. To study the psychological rehabilitation with acupuncture of facial paralysis treatment by acupuncture could explore effective quantitative targets of facial paralysis treatment by acupuncture well.Method:Sixty patients were selected from clinic or hospital of Hubei university of Chinese medicine. According to symptoms, signs and relevant inspections and divided into two groups by random table, treatment group and control group. One group had 30 patients which treated with mental rehabilitation and acupuncture. They were acupunctured Yangbai, Sibai, Quanliao, Dicang,Xiache, Yifeng, Xiaguan, Yingxiang, Touwei, Taiyang, Taichong, Hegu points; and then mated with other points with symptoms as possible. and equipped with the card points. Receiving acupuncture treatment at the same time, by the physician according to the first acupuncture treatment, the first week of treatment the second week, third week of treatment, treatment for the fourth week in five patients at different times to give a systematic psychological counseling treatment.Other 30 patients as puncture comparing group were with simple acupuncture treatment, acupuncture point selection and operation method of the same treatment group, acupuncture one time a day,6 times for a course of treatment, a rest day after treatment, continuous treatment of four course of treatment.Clinical symptoms were observed, signs, personality traits assessment, negative emotion assessment, quality of life assessment, compare the clinical efficacy of two treatment methods.Conclusion:1.The significant efficient rate and efficient rate of treatment group reached respectively78.9% and98.7%. Those rates of comparing group reached respectively73.9% and87%. The statistical data (P<0.05) showed that there were significant difference between two groups and treatment group was better than comparing group.2. The two groups after treatment, the SAS evaluation and comparison of SDS evaluation, the treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.01)3. The two groups after treatment, the SF-36, the acupuncture treatment group psychosocial rehabilitation quality of life score, in addition to other areas outside the territory of physiological function compared with control group decreased significantly, the difference was significant(P<0.05). Treatment group significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:The method of acupuncture and psychological rehabilitation has good effects on facial paralysis, in the acupuncture given patients with the psychological rehabilitation, patients can effectively stabilize emotions, eliminate anxiety, depression and pessimism, hostility and other negative psychological and emotional, to The therapeutic effect of acupuncture to help improve the facial symptoms of the acupuncture treatment has a positive impact.
