Clinical Observation Of Muscle Regions Row Acupuncture Combined With Electroacupuncture For The Treatment Of Refractory Facial Paralysis

Objective:the aim of this study was to the clinical curative effect observation of reinforcement arrangement of muscle regions row acupuncture in the treatment of refractory facial paralysis, and compared with the ordinary electro acupuncture therapy efficacy, seek effective new method for treatment of refractory facialparalysis.Methods:30 cases of inclusion criteria would be consistent with the refractory facial paralysis were randomly divided into the treatment group 15 cases and control group 15 cases, the treatment group uses the muscle regions row acupuncture, acupuncture therapy, rehabilitation therapy, and oral medication, the control group with normal acupuncture therapy, rehabilitation therapy, and oral medicine, two groups were 6 days to 1 course of treatment, the treatment course 1 days rest, after 4 courses of treatment, improve the situation of two groups were observed in patients with facial paralysis symptoms, treatment for two groups of patients before and after the H-B evaluation of electroneurography system, value and FDI scale in evaluation of curative effect, and carries on the contrast analysis.Results:1、the treatment group before and after treatment in the H-B evaluation system of grading, electroneurography value, FDI scale value compared with significant difference (P < 0.05), explain the muscle regions row acupuncture is effective for the treatment of refractory facial paralysis.2、the control group before and after treatment in the H-B evaluation system of grading, electroneurography value, FDI scale value compared with significant difference (P <0.05), shows that electro acupuncture therapy is an effective approach to the treatment of refractory facial paralysis.3、the two groups after treatment in the H-B evaluation system of grading, electroneurography value, FDI scale value compared with significant difference (P<0.05).Conelusion:1、muscle regions row acupuncture and electro acupuncture therapy are effective methods for treatment of refractory facial paralysis, can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.2、muscle regions row acupuncture group patients after treatment in H-B evaluation system, electroneurography value, amount of FDI scale score improved significantly, than in the electroacupuncture group.
