Objective:Acne vulgaris is the chronic inflammation of folliculus sebaceous glands, which is a common dermatological diseases mostly occur in the adolescent. This disease is a multifactorial disorder, mainly related to endocrine disorders, follicle sebaceous gland ducts abnormal keratinization, microbial infection and immunity, inflammation and other factors. There are many kinds of treaments in modern medicine, but because of serious side effects, many patients would like to seek traditional Chinese medicine treatment for help. Several thousand years past since the TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) cured the acne, there are a large number of published literature, in which there are kinds of classifications. The Lung Channel with wind-heat type is the classic sub-type of acne. However, all physicians for this sub-type there are many different opinions and systems. This study was designed to make the Lung Channel with wind-heat type of acne tend to standardization.Methods:Retrieving published papers about treat acne in TCM, selecting traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acne about the Lung Channel with wind-heat of literature, check against type and selected parties to conduct a systematic analysis of drug use, organize, classification, statistics, and from traditional Chinese medicine theory to explore, for the standardization of TCM syndromes and clinical workers, inspired by the idea of it is very useful.Results:After analyzing 56 papers in traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the Lung Channel with wind-heat type acne, that the disease manifestations and changes in the traditional card-based, the physicians make more use of loquat Qingfei decoction treatment of this type of acne. And the Lung Channel with wind-heat type is not exact enough.Conclusion:The traditional Lung Channel with wind-heat type clinical manifestations has changed,and the name is not appropriate...
