Warming Moxibustion On Primary Hyperlipemia For Different Time Parameters From The Curative Effect In Clinical Research

Objective:In this study, we use warming moxibustion to treat essential hyperlipidemia.Three aspects have to be observed.firstly,we should watch the warming moxibustion'influence to essential hyperlipidemia.At the same time,we need to investigate the proper moxibustion method of treating different patterns of essential hyperlipidemia.In the end,we have to find out the relationship between essential hyperlipidemia and moxibustion method(the duration of moxibustion,the moxibustion interval and the course of treatment).Methods:We choose patients from 160 volunteers according to the inclusion criteria.Then they are divided into three groups(Hypertriglyceridemia group,hypercholesterolemia group,combined hyperlipidemia group).There are 24 patients in every group. Then they are espectively designed to orthogonal experiment of L423.A11 the subjects are treated in the unified moxa and the same operation. We need to record the datas of the TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C before and after the treatment.Result:(1)The differences in the age,pathogenesis and BMI between the 4 groups are not obvious (P<0.05);(2) The influential factors of the therapeutic effect in hypertriglyceridemic are the following in turn:the interval(one time everyday),the course of treatment(six weeks per course of treatment) and the duration(5 minutes per acupoint).(3) The influential factors of the therapeutic effect in hypercholesterolemia are the following in turn:the interval(one time every other day),the course of treatment(six weeks per course of treatment) and the duration(10 minutes per acupoint).(4)For the TG, the influential factors of the therapeutic effect in combined hyperlipidemia are the following in turn:the duration(10 minutes per acupoint),the course of treatment(six weeks per course of treatment) and the interval(one time everyday). For the TC, the influential factors of the therapeutic effect in combined hyperlipidemia are the following in turn:the interval(one time every other day),the course of treatment(six weeks per course of treatment) and the duration(10 minutes per acupoint).Conclusion:(1)For each pattern of essential hyperlipidemia,warming moxibustion is obviously effective. (2)The influential factors of the therapeutic effect in the different patterns are unlike.(3)The moxibustion method (the duration of moxibustion,the moxibustion interval and the course of treatment)in the different patterns are not the same.
