Objective: The principal purpose of the study is on the importance of IL-6 during the process of IR's formation and development by experimental method. It also discusses whether IL-6 has relevant actions of adjusting and controlling during the course of different sports intervening in IR, and provides experimental supports and theoretical basis for human knowledge and intervention of IR.Methods: 105 healthy male SD rats aged 6 weeks with hyper-lipid were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups: Normal control group with 15 rats, Experimental group with 90 rats which are divided into the experimental group one(30 rats) and the experimental group two(60 rats). Experimental groups fed for 6 weeks by the hyper-lipid feedstuff should experience the 12 hours'fasting and be injected STZ(30mg/kg).①15 rats which were selected from the experimental group one(30 rats) randomly were injected into abdominal cavities rrIL-6 and modeling for a week, 0.4ug/day. After the successful modeling, tested the group one (30 rats) about blood glucose in order to indicate that how did different methods affect FBG, FINS and serum IL-6 before and after of modeling.②40 DM rats STZ modeled successfully were selected from the experimental group two(60 rats)and divided into 4 groups (each group including 10 rats): Normal control group, Exercise group, Normal IL-6 group and Exercise IL-6 group. Excise group and exercise injection IL-6 group have to run with the speed of 25m/min at gradient of 10°for 6 weeks.(1h/d and 6d/w intensive exercise intervention); Normal control group and Normal IL-6 group are limited the physical space to reduce the frequency for 6 weeks. The four groups are testified the contents of FBG, FINS and Serum IL-6.Results: The experiment of researches on different modeling toward to IR manifests that the external injection to IL-6 has some effects on reducing the incidence of IR; there are no clear differences of blood glucose between the external injection to IL-6 and STZ except reducing trend of blood glucose; there is no statistics significance to the variability of FINS; the index of STZ serum IL-6 increased obviously but the serum index of the external injection to IL-6 were indistinct. The experiment indicated that the fact of lowering blood glucose but resisting IR in exercise was myogenic IL-6; the external injection to IL-6 had little effect on IR but reducing the blood glucose trend. The external injection to IL-6 had little influence on Serum IL-6; Ins increased apparently by exercise intervention normal STZ rats and indicated that myogenic IL-6 produced in exercise can promote the secretion of Ins. But the Ins of rrIL-6 rats in exercise had not significantly increased. Conclusion: The external injection to IL-6 has some effects on reducing the incidence of IR during the process of modeling but little effect on FBG, FINS and Serum IL-6 when sports. There are no apparent effects on reducing blood glucose but reducing trend. Sports can stimulate the conveying of organism (especial skeletal muscle) IL-6 effectively in order to promote the utilization of blood glucose and fat. It will improve glucose metabolism caused by insufficient Ins and IR so as to control glucose and IR more effectively.
