Applicable Research Of Laparoscope In Acute Abdomen Of Gynecology

Objective: To research the applicable value in acute abdomen of gynecology during the diagnosis and treatment of laparoscope. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 235 patients, who were operatively cured in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from September 2008 to August 2009,with acute abdomen of gynecology.We compare laparoscopic operation with conservative celiotomy, emphasized on these aspects of the operative time and blood loss ,postoperation left hospical etc. Results: We analyzed 123 cases performed with laparoscopic cure,and chose the same period of 112 cases with abdominal operation as the control group. In the laparoscopy group,there were 97 patients of ectopic pregnancy, 15 patients of acute pelvic inflammation, 6 patients of ovarian cyst torsion, 5 patients of ruptured corpus luteum cyst and ovarian cyst rupture.It is successful to be performed almost all cases with Operative laparoscope except 3 cases.We compared two group ,and conclude that there were significant differences in operative time,blood loss, the allied use of antibiotic,the frequency of paregoric apply , and postoperation left hospital. Conclusions: 1. Laparoscopic operation is superior than laparotomy in the treatment of acute abdomen and the orientation in healing. 2. Some conditions shouldn't be considered as the absolutely couterindications, for example the cori ectopic pregnancy. 3. To alleviate the adhesion and improve the pregnancy,we should properly widen the indications of laparoscope in acute pelvic inflammatory of young unpregnancy women.
