A Study On The Academic Features Of Zhejiang TCM Gynecology Schools

Objective The gynecology schools of Zhejiang TCM include gynecology of Xiaoshan Zhulinsi,gynecology of Ningbo Song Family,gynecology of Haining Chen Mushan,gynecology of Shaoxing Qian Family,gynecology of Hangzhou He Family,gynecology of Hangzhou Qiu Family.Sorting and analyzing these gynecology schools can do help to the compare whether they have the same six features of Zhejiang TCM.Method By searching the book of Zhulinsi Nvke Michuan,Zhulinsi Nvke,Chen Su'an Fukebujie,Clinic Selection of Chen Mushan,Brief Points of Song Family,Medical Theories and Medical Record of He Shaoshan,Clinical Experience of Qiu Xiaomei and the Research of gynecology schools of TCM in nation,extract relevant original text from these books,then sort and analyze what had been found.Finally,summarize the origin,representative academic work,clinic characteristics and academic thought,medical case,representative prescription,and make a comparison between the gynecology schools and Zhejiang TCM.Results(1)Gynecology of Xiaoshan Zhulinsi was of long standing,its treatment modality turned ”making prescription according to symptoms” to “syndrome differentiation and treatment”,and created “Taihe Wan”,they kept standard and kept out over new.The inheritance of Gynecology of Xiaoshan Zhulinsi is exemplary teaching.Gynecology of Xiaoshan Zhulinsi understood women's thinking,and paid attention in interrogation,which showed their kindness.(2)Gynecology of Haining Chen Mushan was of long standing,and created gynecological Shiwen Ge,they kept standard and kept out over new.Gynecology of Haining Chen Mushan had good medical skill,and also very kind.(3)Gynecology of Ningbo Song Family was of long standing,and was very patient in interrogation and regulated patients' emotion to reducing their psychological burden,so they were very kind.Gynecology of Ningbo Song Family kept standard and kept out over new,when they used Siwu Tang,they usually adjusted the medicine according to the clinic.(4)Gynecology of Shaoxing Qian Family and gynecology of Hangzhou He Family were of long standing.Gynecology of Hangzhou He Family treated diseases by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine,which helped to knowing more about the diseases,they kept standard and kept out over new.The inheritance of the two schools was following the teacher,and they were famous because of their kindness.(5)Gynecology of Hangzhou Qiu Family was of long standing,and studied on ancient prose.The school explored the way in treating by combing Chinese and western medicine,which showed the school kept standard and kept out over new.Gynecology of Hangzhou Qiu Family was indifferent to fame and fortune,and refused what patients gave,which showed its kindness.Conclusion We finally found out that the gynecology schools of Zhejiang TCM were abundant and of long standing,and the doctors of the schools were very kind,also they kept kept standard and kept out over new.However,they treated diseases according to their life cycle or menstrual cycle,which could not support the point that they treated diseases according to the climate.Besides,the inheritance of gynecology schools was learning follow teacher,not giving lessons.
