Acute abdomen is abdominal disease which has acute abdominal pain as the mainperformance and requires early diagnosis and prompt treatment. Acute abdomen duringpregnancy, has a rapid onset, rapid development, and clinical manifestations ofcomplex and diverse, involved in many diseases, easily lead to misdiagnosis, once thedelay in treatment, would seriously threaten the health of the mother and child. Earlyrecognition and proper treatment during gestational acute abdomen,has an extremelyimportant significance for improving the prognosis of the mother and the fetus.Therefore,summary and analysis of the clinical features and treatment of the acuteabdomen during pregnancy will help reduce errors and improve the level of diagnosisand treatment in future clinical work.Objective: To discuss the clinical features of acute abdomen during pregnancy andprocessing methods,improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomenduring pregnancy.Methods: Clinical data of45cases of acute abdomen during pregnancy wascollected from May2006to December2012admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital ofDalian Medical University,using retrospective analysis.Results:45cases of acute abdomen during pregnancy,including23cases(51.11%) with acute appendicitis,10cases(22.22) with acute gastroenteritis,4cases(8.89%) with acute pancreatitis,3cases (6.67%)with acute cholecystitis,3cases(6.67%) with intestinal obstruction,1case with intestinal perforation,1casewith ovarian abscess,respectively(2.22%).18cases(40.00%)of the45cases gotsurgical treatment,27cases(60.00%) got conservative treatment. Preterm delivery in 4cases(8.89%), abortion in3cases, including2cases(6.67%)of family requestingtermination of pregnancy.3cases of misdiagnosis,including1case(25+6W) withappendicitis,1case(35+4W)with intestinal perforation,1case(38+6W)with ovarianabscess, misdiagnosis in patients with an average age of25,the misdiagnosis rate was6.67%.Conclusion: Acute abdomen during pregnancy are prone to diagnostic difficultiesdue to their special anatomical, physiological changes, which need obstetric physiciansand within, surgical and related departments in close cooperation awareness-raising,joint participation, in order to reduce misdiagnosis, so that patients will get active andreasonable treatment. Dealing with acute abdomen during pregnancy, you should notchange the indications for surgery due to pregnancy, but need to take into account thesafety of pregnant women and fetuses, reasonable surgical treatment does not increasemiscarriage, premature delivery and fetal loss.
