Objective: is investigation altay prefecture through the crowd's county were survey, infertility county women's status, the distribution of population infertility risk factors and causes of infertility. Methods: sing random sampling method. Including: questionnaire, examination of department of gynaecology and laboratory tests. Data analysis by single factor analysis. Results:271 cases of women investigated found out infertility 61 cases of infertility, infertility prevalence rate is 22. 5%, accounted for 8. 85% of primary infertility, accounted for 13. 65% of secondary infertility, more than thirty five yeares of age group and less than thirty five yeares of age group the prevalence of infertility (x2=4. 53, P<0. 05) , the difference was statistically significant, farms in this survey account for 38%, higher than in other professions. Junior middle school education accounted for 49. 6%, showed the survey population is generally low lever of education. Kazak population survey high percentage of women of childbearing age. This different in the ethnic composition the population of fuhai to adopt single factor analysis . to prove that there was no significant . The average age at first marriage has been surveyed 22. 26±1. 1age. 93%of women older than 20 years. of age at first marriage . Univariate analysis showed, the group suffered from infertility had vaginitis ?pelvic inflammatory disease? history of abortion higher than the propotion of people is a risk factor for infertility. Laboratory tests. showed that infertility women follicular phase estrongen higher, luteal phase progesterone levels low . Slight decrease in estrogen, luteinizing hormone. higher. Conclusion: Pelvic infection, vaginitis and abortion is tubal infertility risk factors, should pay attention to the prevention and treatment of pelvic infection, reduce pelvic surgery and wounds, avoid injury of unwanted pregnancy by oral contraceptives, such protective contraceptive methods.
