The Proteomics For Effect Of Endometriosist To The Eutopic Endometrium During Implantation Window

ObjectiObjective:Through proteomics technology to analyze the differences protein expression ineutopic endometrium during implantation window between endometriosis patients withinfertility and simple tubal infertility patients. To discuss the effect of endometriosis to theeutopic endometrium during implantation window.Methods: The endometrium was collected from 20 patients with endometriosis and infertilityand 15 control patients with simple tubal infertility during implantation window, all patientsdiagnosed by laparoscopic or surgery. 2- DE gel electrophoresis and MALDI TOF/TOF methodswere used to analyze protein expression in two group specimens.Results: Successfully analyzed eutopic endometrium protein expression spectrum of patientswith endometriosis and infertility during implantation window. Compared with the control groupendometrium, there were twenty-three differently expressed proteins, of which nine proteinsexpression in the experimental group was higher, fourteen proteins lower than the controlgroup.All protein spots were identified by mass spectrometry.Conclusion: The experimental group and control group eutopic endometrial protein duringimplantation window expression differences, different proteins identified with the diversity oftypes and functions, The different proteins may be involved in endometriosis associated withinfertility s pathogenesis by specific mechanisms.
