Research On The Assessment Index System For The Clinical Training Base Of The Community Health Personnel Training In Chongqing

Objectives: To develop a scientific, reasonable and feasible assessment index system for the clinical training base of the community health personnel training by employing qualitative, quantitative methodsMethods: A preliminary assessment index system was formulated by using literature analysis and focus group discussion and results were obtained by way of Delphi expert consultation and focus group discussion. A database was established using EXCEL and arithmetic average of the indices, variation coefficient, expertise coordination coefficient, and concentration and dispersion trends were calculated by SPSS11.0, RSR8.2 and other statistical analysis software to filter the indices. The activeness and authority of the experts were analyzed and evaluated to determine the final weight, reliability and validity of each index and ultimately determine the assessment index systemResults: An assessment index system for the clinical training base of the community health personnel training in Chongqing was established by employing the methods of literature review, Delphi expert consultation, focus group discussion. The indices in assessment index system were divided into three classes, including 4 first-class indices (teaching staff, the organization and management, community base), 13 second-class indices and 32 Third-class indices.Conclusions: The development of an assessment index system for the clinical training base of the community health personnel training is conducive to guide the establishment of the practice base for health personnel, accelerate the construction of clinical training base, ensure the quality of general medical training and promote the development of general medical training in a rapid, scientific and effective way. It is also help improve the community health personnel training system and guarantee the needs of community health personnel construction.
