Result : In this study, a total of 200 cases of selected cases, the old are more susceptible to get diabetes nephropathy, the female proportion is obviously much than the male proportion, including 26 cases of stage II,III period of 106cases,â…£period 54 cases, V period of 14 cases. The most commonly seen independent symptom of diabetic nephropathy patients are tired and debilitation, edema, dipsia and drink more , Polyphagia and easy hungry, Urinate Frequently, dry mouth , Limbs numbness, soft waist and knee ,eat less and anorexia, micro-conduits ; The characteristics of Diabetic Nephropathy: deficiency of spleen and Deficiency of kidney are the most ordinary syndromes in deficiency of five viscera; Yin deficiency and Qi deficiency are the commonly seen syndromes of Yin-Yang-Qi-Blood deficiency; syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin are commonly seen among the syndromes of complicated deficiency, and the next ones are Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney; Blood stagnation and syndrome of damp-heat are general syndromes in syndrome of pathogens.
