The Combination Of Small Needle-knife And Corticosteroid Injection And Manipulation On Lateral Epicondylitis Of Clinical Observation

Objective:To investigate the effects of the combination of small needle-knife and corticosteroid injection and manipulation on lateral epicondylitis;To find a method of easy,safe,economic to treat lateral epicondylitis.Methods:66 patients suffering from lateral epicondylitis were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group received small needle-knife,corticosteroid injection and manipulation.The control group were treated with the small needle-knife and corticosteroid injection. The patients in two group were treated after two weeks,four weeks,eight weeks and observed the clinical effects of treatments.Results: 8 weeks after fracture: the experimental group curative effect: 24 patients have been cured; 6, a good result; 3,a effective result and 0, apoorresult .The total effective rate is 100%; The control group: 17 patients have been cured; 6, a good result; 8, a effective result and 2, apoorresult. The total effective rate is 93.9%.There is a difference between the two group in effective rate (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effects of the combination of small needle-knife and corticosteroid injection and manipulation on lateral epicondylitis is superior to the combination of small needle-knife and corticosteroid injection. easy,safe and practical to use.
