The Chinical Reserch On The Huoguzhusheye Injection Articular Cavity Injection Combined With The Small Needle-Knife In Treating The INFH

Objective:In order to find a more easy and efficacy method for the therapy and recovery of the patients of ischemic necrosis of the femoral head by objecting Huoguzhusheye injection of articular cavity combined with the therapy of small needle-knife.Methods:The subject is based on the previous efficacy study conducted by the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine of the therapy of ischemic necrosis of the femoral head by objecting Huoguzhusheye injection of articular cavity,at the same time combines with the therapy of small needle-knife.Cases come from orthopedic department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine In the period from January 2016 to January 2017.Collecting 50 INFH cases of the Ⅰ Ⅱ period patients of ischemic necrosis of the femoral head according to AICO stage as research objects,among them 10 cases are bilateral patients.Divide 40 unilateral patients into 2 groups in random.Divide 10 bilateral patients into 2 groups in random.Each group contains 30 bad hips.Both groups use Huoguzhusheye injection of articular cavity 5 days apart.Treatment group uses Huoguzhusheye injection of articular cavity combined with the therapy of small needle-knife 2 weeks apart,Several needle at a time,a total of 5 times.Control group Uses alone Huoguzhusheye injection of articular cavity.After a period of treating-3month,appraise the pain degree,a activity degree and function activity of the both groups hips before and after the treatment.Collect and organize the subject data and apply statistical analysis on the scoring results and values,finally reach the conclusion.Results:Applying Huoguzhusheye injection of articular cavity combined with the therapy of small needle-knife is obviously superior to using alone Huoguzhusheye injection of articular cavity in the pain degree,a activity degree and function activity of the hips.Conclusion:Applying Huoguzhusheye injection of articular cavity combined with the therapy of small needle-knife to treat the patients of ischemic necrosis of the femoral head has a distinct curative effect in improving the clinic symptoms and signs,suiting for clinic promotion.
