As a basic area of the public service, the degree of the development in medical service is the sign of the people's livelihood and the whole level of the city development. As the receiver of medical service, the patient satisfaction is a key index in measuring the quality of the medical service. Based on the current achievement in satisfaction research, The article has a demonstration research in 16 hospital of Shenyang.Based on CHPSI-05 and the theories of satisfaction in and aborad, the research modifies the questionnaire and the model. The research constructs a new patient satisfaction index model by adding new structure perceived justice, and refining the quality factors.The research carries on a questionnaire survey on 1600 patients of 16 hospitals. By descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis and Structure equation model, define the facors that related to patient satisfaction. The result of the research has been the factors of top ten hospitals in ShenYang measurement.Provides the macroscopic instruction opinion for the sanitary supervision department's decision-making and proposed microscopic suggestion for each hospital.
