The Clinical Evaluation Of "Tuirening" In The Treatment Of Acute Viral Upper Respiratory Infection Syndrome Due To Wind-heat Of Children

Objective:To investigate the effect of Tuirening on Acute Viral upper respiratory infection syndrome due to wind—heat of children, so as to probe into mechanical o f curative effect of Tuirening on Acute Viral upper respiratory infection syndrome due to wind—heat of children.Methods:60 Children with Acute Viral upper respiratory infection syndrome due to wind—heat are divided into two groups and random. Tuirening is given treatment group,and at the same time Bingduzuo is given control group.moderate to severe those two cases.Two groups of patients with gender, age, disease,the severity of Statistics Office Li,no significant difference. Two groups take Tuirening and Bingduzuo respectively. Two courses are three days.Drug cases were observed before and after the clinical symptoms and signs.The statistical analysis uses the statistical analysis to use the SPSS13.0 statistics software,the grouped data with the chi-square test,the measurement material uses the T-test the ranked data examines with Ridit.Result:Much better therapeutic effect was displayed in the Tuirening group than that in the Bingduzuo group such as reliving the syndrome,changing the temperature and lessening the treatment period. The curative percentage of the Tuirening group was 80.00% and the total efficiency percentage of the Tuirening group was 96.67%.Incontrast,the curative percentage of the Bingduzuo group was 53.33% and the total efficiency percentage of the Tuirening group was 76.67%.After observed symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment, the symptoms had been reduced obviously in the Tuirening group. Obvious improvement in temperature,The curative percentage of the Tuirening group was 56.67% and the total efficiency percentage of the Tuirening group was 93.33%, Incontrast,the curative percentage of the Bingduzuo group was 13.33% and the total efficiency percentage of the Tuirening group was 76.67%.The safety evaluation test suggesting that the two group of drug safety are good.Conclusion:The Tuirening showed much better therapeutic effect on Acute Viral upper respiratory infection syndrome due to wind—heat of children than the Bingduzuo. It is safety and without side effect,it can be promoted.
