The Clinical Research Of Using Shenfu Qiangxin Decoction To Treat CHF

Objective:To observe Shenfu Qiangxin Decoction clinical efficacy in patients with chronic heart failure (Yin and Yang Deficiency, the water stopps within stasis).Methods:60 patients with chronic heart failure (Yin and Yang Deficiency, the water stops within stasis) in hospitalized patients, according to gender, age, underlying heart disease, cardiac function similar to the principles of classification are randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and the control group of 30 cases. The control group (western conventional therapy group):the light of knowing in 2007 by the Chinese Medical Disease Branch of the development of CHF treatment recommendations, to the western medicine conventional anti-heart failure treatment; treatment groups: standard treatment in Western medicine on the basis of the above plus use "Shenfu Qiangxin Decoction" (composed with Renshen 10g, Zhifupian 4g, Maidong 10g, Wuweizi 10g, Yuzhu 20g, Tinglizi 20g, Chishao 15g, Cheqianzi 20g.etc)."Shenfu Qiangxin Decoction" is provided by Jiangsu Province Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine,that each dose of two bags, bag 150ml; and two groups are 14 days for a course of treatment, an assessment of treatment efficacy after.Results:The treatment group and control group in patients with chronic heart failure treatment have made a good clinical effect. The treatment group with heart failure total effective rate is 86.7%,that the control group with heart failure total effective rate is 83.3%.Comparing the two groups, the difference is not statistically significance (P>0.05).The treatment group clinical total effective rate is 83.3%,that the control group clinical total effective rate is 76.7%,.Comparing the two groups, the difference is not statistically significant (P>0.05).The treatment group, there are always TCM efficiency of 90%, TCM control group, the total effective rate is 60%, the two groups, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05), the total effective TCM treatment group is significantly better than the control group.To the efficacy of cardiac function, the total effective rate of the treatment group is 86.7%, significantly better than the control group, the total efficiency of 63.3% (P<0.05). To the digitalis-stop reduction, the total efficiency of treatment group is 68.2%, significantly better than the control group, the total efficiency of 44.0% (P<0.05). The two groups after treatment echocardiographic indices compared with those before treatment, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) having an increasing tendency, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDd) having a decreasing tendency, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05), but the two groups after treatment between the two groups is not statistically significant (P> 0.05).Conclusion:"Shenfu Qiangxin Decoction" is a safe and effective treatment of chronic heart failure. Shenfu Qiangxin Decoction combined conventional western medicine group, in reducing the TCM integration, improving symptoms and cardiac function, reducing the dosage of digitalis in the treatment group is superior to Western medicine alone. In improving the clinical efficacy of heart failure, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and reducing left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDd) with western medicine alone treatment group have the same effect, unobvious toxic side effects and adverse reactions. "Shenfu Qiangxin Decoction" is an effective drug in the treatment of CHF, and applying it for a long-term may have great clinical value for the improvement of the prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure.
