Research On Clinical Efficacies Of Qilliqiangxin Capsules On Chronic Heart Failure L

Objective: This research aimed at clinical efficacies and mechanisms of Qiliqiangxin capsules(the Capsules)on the chronic heart failure(CHF)in different aspects,including left ventricular ejection fraction,plasma BNP,6-minutes walk test,TCM pattern integral,Minnesota score as well as the changes of heart rate,pulse and respiration,so as to provide the technical support and theoretical evidence for the treatment on CHF.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria of CHF,60 patients from the The Hospital were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 patients respectively.All patients were given the anti-CHF treatment and the Capsules were given additionally in the treatment group.Besides,all patients were also given a series of checks,such as plasma BNP,echocardiography,liver and kidney functionsn after their admission.After the fifteen-day treatment,the symptoms,left ventricular ejection fraction,plasma BNP,6-minutes walk test,TCM pattern integral,Minnesota score as well as the changes of heart rate,pulse and respiration before and after the treatment in both groups were observed,and the date was also recorded and analyzed.Results: After 15-day treatment: 1.the increasing level of left ventricular ejection fraction and the decreasing level of plasma BNP concentration were shown in the both groups(P < 0.05),and the efficacies on the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05);2.the increasing level of 6-minutes' walk was shown in the both groups(P < 0.05),and the efficacies on the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05);3.the decreasing level of TCM pattern integral and Minnesota score were shown in the both groups(P < 0.05),and the efficacies on the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05);4.the heart rate,pulse and respiration were improved in the both groups(P < 0.05),and the efficacies of both showed almost the same(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Comparing to the treatment with western medicine,the integrative treatment of the capsules and western medicine significantly reduced the plasma BNP level and heart volume load;elevated ejection fraction,myocardial contractility and heart function;improved 6-minutes walk test and decreased TCM pattern score as well as promoted symptoms of heart failure and the quality of life.Therefore,it was showed that the integrative treatment was more effective than the treatment with western medicine,which had a better clinical efficacies on the heart failure.
