Objective:This topic through the use ofπrespectively, plates and external fixators for distal radius fracture study of cases of clinical observation and objective evaluation ofπplate in treatment of comminuted distal radius fractures in the clinical efficacy, for the future provide a basis for a deeper study of,and to promote the fixation system summarized clinical experience.Methods:This part of the system theory expounded Chinese medicine, modern medicine's understanding of distal radius fractures, related anatomy, incidence, pathogenesis, diagnosis, biomechanics and treatment methods. This study selected 40 patients with type C fracture of distal radius of patients,20 cases of test group and control group 20 cases, respectivelyπplate fixation and external fixation method of treatment. Observed after two days of hospitalization, postoperative pain and swelling relief time, follow-up fracture healing time in patients with complications, with Gartland and Werley scoring system and Lidstrom wrist X-Integral Evaluation Criteria Evaluation indicator function suffering from wrist to assess theπsteel treatment.Results:Experimental group and control group differences in postoperative complications with (P<0.05), with statistical significance. After comparing the average score wrist said:There was no difference after 1 month (P> 0.05), no statistical significance; 3 months later there are differences (P<0.05),6 months after significant difference (P<0.01),were statistically significance. Comparative anatomy after surgery said:palm and the ulnar deviation angle was significant difference (P<0.01),difference between radial shortening (P= 0.015<0.05), were statistically significant, no difference in the lateral (P> 0.05) No statistically significant. Descriptionπplate in the treatment group is better than external fixation group.π-type plate in the treatment of the advantages of fracture fixation and good wrist function, less complications, more in line with the principles of biological fixation.Conclusion:This study suggests thatπsteel more suitable for C-type distal radius fractures, especially the merger of osteoporosis unstable program of choice for surgery is a treatment of distal radius fractures ideal way worthy of clinical use.
