Inclusive education is a new idea in the early 90s of the 20th century the field of international education.,It is the trend of educational development in the 21st century, this become a hot issue education around the world. Students with disabilities into mainstream special education has become a modern trend, hearing impaired students will be placed in regular classes is also the current trend.In 1991, the government of Macau promotes inclusive education in Macau. In the 06/07 school year, through the "Inclusive Education Fund", promote integrated education in private schools. However, there is the implementation of inclusive education in Macau; the maturity of the teaching environment, teacher attitudes on the inclusion of education is the key to the success of inclusive education factors.This is a qualitative research which the data was collected by two methods: interview and observation. There was 60 Macau teachers join the research who teach in public or private schools. Eight of them for interviews, teaches students who are hearing impaired students. In this study, the following aspects are discussed:1. Personal background:including "sex, length of service of general education, special education, professional background, who taught hearing impaired students," and so on.2. Teach students Background:The hearing-impaired students of gender.3. The working environment (school):teaching is a public school or private school.Through the research, the following conclusions:"Cognitive" perspective, inclusive education can be to let the students develop their self-esteem, and the hearing-impaired parents to maintain good communication with hearing impaired students for the class of physical and mental characteristics of a considerable degree of understanding;"Emotional" point of view, teachers will try to make each and every student has equal participation opportunities for classes and school activities, both in teaching general students will be hearing-impaired students with learning needs, willing to let their non-disabled children to attend integrated education classes;"Behavioral intention", the teacher in their action, committed to hearing-impaired parents to understand the concept of integrated education, so that all students get the real benefit of integrated education and actively participate in the integrated education to job training.The findings of this study are for the reference of the education administrative authorities, the administrative staff working at schools and special education teachers. The findings are also for further study.
