Object:Through newborn hearing screening, to determine the incidence of neonata hearing impairment, and discuss the related risk factors, provide the basis for early diagnosis and treatment. Methods:The normal newborns from the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university and urumqi maternity and children health care centers and hospitalized newborns from the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university (NICU) in January 2014 to December 2014, a total of 7280 cases are checked. Finally,17 cases are diagnosed the hearing impairment as case group; According to the ratio of 1:4 group match, newborns without hearing impairment in 68 cases as control group, to investigate the hearing impairment factors. Results:The incidence of hearing impairment is 0.23%, through a statistical analysisof related factors of hearing loss, we found that gestational age, birth weight, delivery way, whether with nervous system diseases (neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, intracranial hemorrhage, etc), whether with the infection, whether with the high blood bilirubin, whether with phyxia were related factors of neonatal hearing impairment. By means of multi-factor logistic statistics analysis about related factorsof hearing loss, it shows that the gestational age<35 weeks, weight<1500 grams, combined with high bilirubin hematic disease, neonatal asphyxia, neonatal infectionsare significant risk factors for neonatal hearing impairment. Conclusion:Gestationalage, birth weight, children born way, with nervous system diseases(neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, intracranial hemorrhage, etc.), the infection, the high bilirubin hematic disease, born with asphyxia are the relevant factors of neonatalhearing impairment. The effective measures of preventing neonatal hearing impairment included strengthening of health care in the perinatal period, avoiding infectionduring pregnancy, prenatal regularly, strengthening doctor neonatal resuscitation, timely and correctly handling of fetal intrauterine distress, timely prevention and treating of high blood bilirubin, preventing of premature birth, etc.
