| Object:to study the relationship between Uric acid and C-reactive protein in the patients with High-normal blood pressure values within the blood pressure elevating and to explore its clinical significance. Methods:of all 184 patients,124 patients are with High-normal blood pressure values. According to their blood pressure, they were divided into 3 groups:the higher group (130-139/85-89mmHg) has 65 patients; the lower group (120-129/80-84mmHg) has 59 patients; the normal group has 60 patients, and then to measure the Uric acid and C-reactive protein respectively. Results:the Uric acid's and C-reactive protein's value of lower pressure group are obviously higher than the normal group (p<0.05, p<0.01); Uric acid's and C-reactive protein's value of higher group are obviously higher than the lower group. The Uric acid is related to the raise of C-reactive protein's value and it is more obvious to the higher group than to the lower group. They have no relationship when blood pressure is normal.Conclusion:1, the Uric acid's and C-reactive protein's value in patients with High-normal blood pressure values are higher than normal.2, the Uric acid's and C-reactive protein's value in patients with High-normal blood pressure values are higher with the blood pressure increase3, the Uric acid's and C-reactive protein's value is relevant in patients with high normal blood pressure and with the higher blood pressure therelated better.4, Uric acid and C-reactive protein are the dangerous elements to high blood pressure and their interaction can make the high blood pressure patients more sever. |
