Background:At present, there are 33.2 million AIDS virus (HIV) infection,350-400 million hepatitis B virus (HBV) carriers,150-170 million hepatitis C virus (HCV) chronic infection in world. As a result of these three have similar routes of transmission including blood or blood products, sexual contact and maternal and child pedestrians and the vertical diameter of the spread of infection, so HIV co-infection with HCV,HBV is very common. The relevant literature shows that: around the world, HIV-infected persons co-infected with HCV in the combined ratio was 15-30%, the route of blood products and intravenous drug users transmission rate is 80-90%, the population of sexually transmitted infection rate is 5-10%,the rate of HIV co-infected with HBV is 5-10%. However, China's current HIV/HCV and HIV/HBV co-infection have limited coverage. Based on this, investigate the rate of mixed infection of three viruses, the type of mixed infection in AIDS treatment are important work. Objective:Carry out Seroepidemiological survey of HBsAg and HCV antibody in HIV infection.Investigat and assessment of HBV,HCV infected in HIV-positive people. Methods:Lixin county of Anhui Province and Hengyang of Hunan Province as the research site, selected residents in the region who was discovered and confirmed as HIV-positive patients before the 1 August,2008 for the study.HIV-positive patients do the unified questionnaire, find the epidemiological characteristics of HIV positive population. Collect of blood specimens, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay detect the HIV-1 infection of HBsAg and HCV serum antibody. Using analysis software of SPSS13.0 for non-conditions Logistic regression analysis. Results:The study of 1374 cases of HIV-positive patients, the serological diagnosis of HBsAg positive patients there were 197 cases(14.3%), anti-HCV-positive patients were 921 cases (67.0%).HIV co-infection with HBV and HCV were 119 cases (8.7%). The relevant factors that the single factor analysis showed:age, sex and infection route factors for HIV-positive patients are infected with HBV, HCV showed the statistically significant difference.Multivariate Logistic Regression Analysis of the results showed that:in some models of mixed infection, whether HIV-positive patients infected with HBV, HCV or not is affected by the infection routes,gender,age.Conclusion:1. Anti-HIV-positive patients is co-infected with HBV and HCV is easy. 2. The way of intravenous drug users infected with HIV-positive people more easy to co-infected with HBV and HCV.3. The men are more easy co-infected with HBV and HCV in HIV-positive people.4. The typical HIV-infected persons in accordance with the hepatitis C virus co-infection varies with different characteristics. Therefore, continue monitoring the popular features of the HBV,HCV,HIV in different locations at different times, to ensure that preventive measures are targeted.
