Since the reform and opening up policy, China's rural health services have made great progress.However, due to the long-standing urban-rural dual economic structure, most rural residents are still at their own expense medical doctor, coupled with the low income level and lacking of the necessary medical knowledge. Many farmers can not get sick time after the treatment because of delays in the best time for treatment, which not only aggravated the condition of farmers, but also increased the financial burden and the mental burden of their families.
