Health is the basis for comprehensive development of human; the medical security system is the important part of the social security system, improving the medical security system will help improve people's health. Since the reform and opening up policy, China's rural health services have made great progress.However, due to the long-standing urban-rural dual economic structure, most rural residents are still at their own expense medical doctor, coupled with the low income level and lacking of the necessary medical knowledge. Many farmers can not get sick time after the treatment because of delays in the best time for treatment, which not only aggravated the condition of farmers, but also increased the financial burden and the mental burden of their families. Lead to the phenomena of"sickness sending poorly","sickness retuned poorly"increasingly serious. Since 2003, China carried out the new rural cooperative medical care system, which reduces the risk of disease of farmers; the government has increased financial investment on the health services in rural areas, to improve the medical and sanitary conditions in rural areas. But along with living standards' enhancement, the crowd disease spectrum has had the change and the demand of medical and sanitary increased; Medical service between supply and demand is still problematic.This paper analyzes medical health service demand and supply condition and influencing factors in the new rural medical cooperative system, and analyzes the problems of medical health service in the new rural cooperative, and the causes of the problem. Health services in rural areas to further improve is put forward corresponding countermeasure. In the process of improve the supply of health services in rural areas, which should focus on building a harmonious relationship between the doctors and patients. Increasing financial investment on the rural health services, improve the way of health services. In order to further improve China's new rural cooperative medical system, to meet the medical and health service needs of farmers.
