Objective The study is aim to know the current and demand serving status of pediatrics talent in Guangdong Province, and to understand the existing status of environment in Polities, economy, society and technology. Then, the thesis analyze not only opportunities and threats faced but also strengths and weaknesses belong to the pediatric talents, and finally, makes a feasible human resource strategies scheme which benefits development of pediatric talents in Guangdong Province.Methods Theories and methods such as health management, social medicine, and Statistics so on are used in this research. Traditional informatics methods included literature review, investigation and in-depth personal interviews were used in this study to understand the existing status of environment in Polities, economy, society and technology. Doctors and patients were investigated by self-administered questionnaires and face to face interview in order to know the current and demand serving status of pediatrics talent in Guangdong Province. Base on contrasting and analyzing status of the four modern involved training,taking up an occupation managing and making criterion in nation and abroad, a SWOT Matrix is made.Results Through investigate the current and environment status of pediatric human resources in Guangdong Province, the main conclusions are as follows:First, opportunities:①The government is increasingly concerned about children. To improve pediatric health service,"children first"strategy and some another programs have been put into practice.②With the deepening of the medical system reform of our country,there are chances to develop the health human resources.③With the take-off of the economy, the healthcare disbursement increases.④People is willing to spend money on children's health service.⑤The wide using of information technology improves the working efficiency of the hospital. Second, threats,①The Close Management of health human resources is bad to the rational flow of human resources.②The human resources management in hospital can't fully stimulate the working enthusiasm of staff.③The proportion of government health expenditure is on a low level.④Disease spectrum changes, and the healthcare is getting more and more important for child, there are challenges to the pediatrics talents knowledge structure.⑤Increasing number of migrant children, and gradually into the areas of child health services, child health care increases the workload.⑥The Relationship of Medical Staff and Patients is worse because of the increasing protect consciousness of patients and the expensive medical expenses.Third, strengths,①The society demand of pediatrics health service is increasing.②The world community is increasingly concerned about children and the support for the development of Pediatric medical technology.③There are more develop chance and broader develop space for pediatrics talents. Forth, weakness①Both quantity and quality of the pediatrics human resources can not meet the objective needs.②Human resource is very imbalance in regional.③It is not conducive to further enhance the ability of pediatric health care workers for Training is not enough.④The pediatric talents'payment and welfare are on the low side.⑤In the department of pediatrics the workload is heavier and the work pressure is higher.⑥The leaders take less attention to the department of pediatrics and so on.Conclusions Development stratagem of pediatrics talent and eight pieces of policy suggestion would be proposed based on the analyzed. First, Government and society should catch on the significance of development in pediatrics talent. Second, increase government investment. Third, strengthen the regional planning. Forth, explore the mechanism of multi-spot working and improve their utilization benefits. Fifth, hospital human resources management system should be set up. Sixth, training and maintain education mechanism need to been enhanced. Seventh, Pay great attention to the communication between doctors and patients, in order to achieve improved doctor-patient relationship and reduce medical disputes. Eighth, recognize the important of nursing work, and develop nurse human resources of pediatrics.
