Through the analysis of present situation, we can understand the overall situation of the area found the problem in the protecting and development in Chinese herbal compound patent in Guangdong Province. At last, put forward the development strategy From the aspect of government, market, business, etc.Methods1. Literature research. Through the research on Articles based database, VIP Chinese scientific journals database, PUBMED English literature databases, Science Direct databases and full-text journal databases SLCC Western newspapers and books, collect the past decade information on traditional Chinese medicine patent protection, traditional Chinese medicine research, the use of patent information multifaceted literature medicine protection, etc, and then understand the level of present study on Chinese herbal compound patent.2. Visit the patent experts in Guangdong Provincial Intellectual Property Office, Intellectual Property Research and Development Center of Guangdong Province, Economics and Management college of Guangzhou university of Chinese medicine on the establishment of patent databases, statistical indicators selected patents, patent statistical analysis, traditional Chinese medicine Intellectual Property infringement, intellectual property development in terms of strategy and research paper writing problems arising in the course of doing regular advice and discussion, and make summarized.3. Patent search and patent map method.
