Objective: On the basis of previous studies, this study explore recurrent respiratorytract infections in children pathogenic factors of the distribution of TCM syndrome type ofdiet by standardizing the clinical epidemiology research for providing objective basis,which can guide dietary care of different syndrome types.Methods: Reference to previous literature and related research, determine the scopeof the diagnostic criteria and research, formulate the questionnaire of recurrent respiratorytract infections syndrome of TCM and dietary pathogenic factors, collect Traditionalchinese medical four diagnostic date of recurrence from the outpatient department andward, and mainly inquire dietary behavior, establish information databases of TCMsyndrome type and dietary factors, then analysis with the statistical software of SPSS16.0for frequency andĪ‡2test.Results:180Patients were collected, of which39cases are lung spleen deficiencysyndrome,23cases are Camp who disorder are,11cases are spleen kidney Yang deficiencysyndrome,36cases are Lungs and spleen Yin deficiency syndrome,71cases are gastricheat syndromes. After statistics analysis, the study indicates that TCM syndrome type ofrecurrent respiratory tract Infections in children has no obvious correlation (P>0.05) withfive flavors of diet, so the food species is, while it is associated with diet cold-heat and dietpattern (P<0.05).Conclusion: Through the clinical investigation, the study indicates that the syndrometypes of TCM of recurrent respiratory tract infections in children has correlation withdietary rule, the clinic should consider the dietary factors to provide objective basis for guiding clinical complex feeling of dietary behaviors.
