Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Autumnal And Wintry Diarrhea Of Cold-dampness Syndrome With Fen Shui Wu Ling San Granules

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Fenshuiwulingsan granules for Autumnal and wintry diarrhea of cold-dampness syndrome.Methods:The observation met the inclusion criteria 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group 30 cases,30 cases of the control group.Treatment group after the use of fenshuiwulingsan granules medication;the control group using the shuanglingzhixie oral liquid medication. A circle of treatment include three days.We evaluate the therapeutic effect before and after the treatment according to the autumnal and wintry diarrhea observation.Results:Two groups have significant difference in cure rate(P<0.05),treatment group was more effective than the control group.Two groups of post-treatment stool consistency ,defecate number,,fever,emesia,hypourocrinia have statistical significance(p < 0.05).Conclusion: Fenshuiwulingsan granules can reduce the treatment time ,amend the main presenting symptom than the control group,have reliable therapeutic effect.
