| Objective: Treatment of Yiqihuayu detoxification of CAG efficacy and mechanism of action,to provide guidance CAG and the clinical diagnosis and treatment of drug use in Chinese medicine . Methods: 60 cases of CAG meeting the inclusion criteria divided into 2 groups at random, that is, Chinese herbal therapy group (observation group blow) and Wei Fu Chun tablet on market sell in control group (control group blow). During this subject, the clinical symptoms, endoscope's signs, tissue pathogenesis and the performance of the hemorheology,before and after treatment have been observed respectively. Results:Treatment group in the overall efficiency histopathological the former 83.3%, 80% and 66.7%, IM's reversal rate of 33.3%; Hp points to improve the effective rate was 73.7%;After treatment, TNF, IL-6, IL-8 decreased significantly compared with the control group (P<0.01); two of the epidermal growth factor significantly decreased (P<0.01), compared with control group (P<0.01) ; treatment group, the indicators of blood flow were decreased,Before and after treatment (P <0.01), the control group before and after treatment (P>0.05), the two groups after treatment in whole blood viscosity, high shear (30s-1), low-cut (3s-1), plasma viscosity (P<0.05) The rest (p>0.05), no statistical significance.Conclusion:Yiqihuayu Prescription detoxification treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis is a valid prescription, it can improve gastric mucosal microcirculation, protect the gastric mucosa; anti-HP, inhibit the inflammatory response; block and reverse the precancerous lesions.Yiqihuayu detoxification side effects on atrophic gastritis integrated clear, effective means of treatment of CAG.
