Clinical Study Of Bushen Qishu Qiangxin Granule In The Treatment Of Chronic Stable Angina Pectoris

ObjectiveIn order to know the clinical efficacy of Bushen Qishu Qiangxin granules,the patients with chronic stable angina pectoris were studied in clinical experiments and the exact effect was evaluated by quantitative indexes,so as to better guide clinical practice,and to lay a theoretical and clinical research foundation for the application of traditional Chinese medicine in this hospital.MethodsPatients who met the screening criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with sustained release tablets of metoprolol succinate,atorvastatin calcium tablets,aspirin enteric-coated tablets and benazepril.On this basis,the treatment group was given Bushen Qishu Qiangxin granules,10 g each time,twice a day,once in the morning and once in the evening,and washed with warm water,100 ml each time.Results1.Comparison of efficacy of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,which was better than that of the control group(60.0%)(P < 0.05).Both groups were effective in improving the total score of TCM symptoms(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of efficacy of single TCM symptoms: the control group was effective in improving symptoms of chest tightness,chest pain,palpitations and edema of lower limbs(P < 0.05),while the treatment group was effective in improving all symptoms(P < 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05)in improving the symptoms of chills in extremities,weakness in waist and knees,and frequency of night urination.3.Comparison of the improvement of electrocardiogram st-t: the effective rate of 93.3% in the treatment group was superior to 66.7% in the control group(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of ecg efficacy: the total effective rate of 93.3% ecg in the treatment group was superior to 66.7% in the control group(P <0.05).5.Comparison of stopping reduction rate of nitroglycerin: the stopping reduction rate of nitroglycerin in the treatment group was 80%,which was better than 53.3% in the control group(P < 0.05).6.Safety comparison: the three routine tests of liver and kidney function and electrolyte before and after treatment were performed in both groups,and the results were within the normal range without significant difference.Conclusion1.Bushen Qishu Qiangxin granule can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with traditional Chinese medicine,especially in the improvement of chills in extremities,soreness and softness in waist and knee,and frequency of night urination.2.Bushen Qishu Qiangxin granules can effectively reduce angina pectoris,improve patients' cardiac function and improve patients' activity tolerance.3.Bushen Qishu Qiangxin granule can improve electrocardiogram st-t and myocardial ischemia.4.Bushen Qishu Qiangxin granules can reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin in patients and the frequency of angina attack in patients.5.Bushen Qishu Qiangxin granule has good safety in clinical application without obvious adverse reactions.
