Bi Ning Capsule On Acute Gouty Arthritis Uric Acid And Clinical Observation Generated Gene

Objective:Through the observation of gout patients before and after treatment the blood uric acid levels and gout patients and HPRT gene MTHFR gene C 677 t observation of the blood uric acid mRNA to analyze the mechanism of action of bi ning capsule. From the level of molecular biology and clinical observation Angle to analyze, for the early intervention provide theoretical basis for the clinical onset of gouty arthritis.Methods:40 patients with gout were randomly divided into trial group and control group.22 patients,5 cases 18 patients and normal control group. Group for application of bi ning capsule group and control group for colchicine group, blood samples before treatment, patients taking 14 consecutive days, blood samples again, application of automatic blood analyzer to determine the blood uric acid before and after the treatment. At the same time blood samples before and after the treatment by rt-pcr method to detect HPRT gene and the expression of MTHFR gene C 677 tmrna level and the electrophoresis bands of brightness changes.Results:1. The experimental group after application of bi ning capsule significantly lower blood uric acid value.2. The control group after application of colchicine blood uric acid also decreased.3. Bi ning capsule treatment group compared with colchicine control group, experimental group of blood uric acid decreased.4. Two groups of gouty arthritis patients before treatment serum HPRTmRNA levels significantly decreased (P< 0.01); Patients before treatment of MTHFR gene 677 C tmrna levels significantly increased (P< 0.01); HPRTmRNA expression after treatment than before treatment significantly increased (P< 0.01);MTHFR gene C 677 tmrna expression after treatment than before treatment significantly decreased (P<0.01); TCM bi ning capsule group compared with control group, the expression level of serum HPRTmRNA increased more obviously (P<0.01). Serum levels of MTHFR gene C 677 tmrna express fell more obvious (P<0.01).Conclusion:Through clinical and experimental proof, bi ning capsule can relieve gouty arthritis inflammatory attack, reduce uric acid generation, improve gene expression. And for the treatment of articular synovial inflammation plays a directional role.1. The bi ning capsule to treat gouty arthritis.2. Bi ning capsule in the treatment of gouty arthritis can have same effect as colchicine.3. Bi ning capsule can reduce the patient’s blood uric acid levels.4.
