PurposeComprehensive performance evaluation by the hospital information system literature review, analysis, define the development potential of the hospital and other related concepts, and learn from our business development potential research assessment system, using qualitative and quantitative analysis of the method, and construct a suitable condition of our country Hospital development potential evaluation system. Test the reliability and validity of this evaluation system through empirical analysis, in order to provide reference to the development potential evaluation of China's hospitals.Methods1.Literature reviewThrough access to CNKI, VIP, Pubmed and other network database to learn more the research overview of enterprise development potential evaluation theory and the hospital performance evaluation at present, and makes a summary, define the concept of the development potential of the hospital, analysis the difference of development potential evaluation between the hospital and business, screening evaluation system of hospital development potential primary targets.2.Delphi methodDelphi method is mainly used in hospital development potential evaluation qualitative and quantitative indexes and comprehensive screening and classification criteria of grading standards of performance evaluation. Choose 13 experts or officials or hospital management who are engaged in hospital management, public health and other relevant theoretical research of scholars,through two rounds of expert consultation, complete the screening of hospital development potential evaluation index and finally define the hospital development potential evaluation system framework. 3. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methodEstablish fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, according to the calculation of expert by Delphi method, scoring various indexes weights of hospital development potential evaluation index system, thus forming the hospital development potential evaluation index system.4. Questionnaire methodSelection a hospital of Henan area and two hospitals of Hubei area, using the designed questionnaire of hospital basic situation, medical staff's identity, and patients'reaction, random survey of 109 medical staff and 126 patients, collect the relevant data.5. Statistical methodsEstablish database by software SPSS13.0, input and store data, test reliability and validity of index system through statistics and analysis. The study on the index system reliability analysis using kronor Bach alpha coefficients,and adopts expert evaluation index system for evaluating the content validity.Result1. We thought hospital development potential is refers to the hospital on financial risk, against customer service, marketing and internal operation, study around innovation, social support and soon have expected value of comprehensive production capacity. The ability include basic quality of the hospital,management mode,operation mechanism and social reactions,etc.And it is generated in the process of medical interaction of the patients and hospital. It is consolidate its market position and win patients, staff and community constituent's praise through the high level of medical service delivery,efficient integration of hospital resources and implementation of high standards of social responsibility, so as to achieve the organization development goals of enhanced sustainable development of the hospital.2. Our hospital development potential evaluation index system can be divided into three degrees, one against financial risk ability, customer service, ability, market around ability, internal operation ability, innovation ability and social support six levels. Among them, against financial risk ability consists of profitability, operation ability, solvency and development ability secondary indexes, Customer service ability under general service quality, overall satisfaction, with three secondary indexes complaints, The market has risen ability of local medical market, the market situation, conditions of hospital patients from other cities; the three secondary indexes internal operation ability, has staff, informationization level, business management level four secondary indexes, Learning and innovation ability and scientific research innovation of teaching training consists of two secondary indexes, Social support consists of government support and mass support two secondary indexes, 3 for specific index evaluation index, a total of 46.3. expert on index in the familiar familiarity with familiar from experts authority between research and coefficient of 12 expert on six primary index authority coefficient for 0.7667, maximum minimum for 0.8750 institute, the choice of consulting experts degree is higher, reached statistical requirement.4.
