Clinical Research On Integrated Treatment Of TCM And Western Medicine To Acute Period Of Ischemic Stroke

Objective: To make a randomized controlled clinical trials on the application of integrated treatment program of acute ischemic stroke by TCM and western medicine, observe and evaluate its clinical efficacy.Method: All the selected patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely integrated TCM and western medicine combined therapy as the test group, Western medicine combined therapy as the control group. We monitor and record the clinical condition of the two groups,then calculate the related data through statistical methods to evaluate and summarize the effects scientifically.Results: After treatment, the clinical symptoms and signs of all two groups were improved but varied in the characteristic of improvement.The two groups varied remarkably in the curative effect, the scoring of neurologic function impairment (NIHSS) and TCM disease type diagnosis standard score ,TCM symptom score ,as well as the comparison of ADL and Quality of Life Index (QLI) in the 7 th day,the 14th day and the 28th day after treatment. After treatment, NIHSS score were significantly improved in all the two groups. In the 14th day after treatment, the improvement of NIHSS score of test group is better than the control group (P <0.05), and in the 28th day are more significant (P <0.01). With the comparison of TCM disease type diagnosis standard score ,TCM symptom score and ADL score in the 28th day after treatment, the test group are significantly better than the control group (P <0.01). The test group is better than the control group (P <0.01) in improving quality of life index (QLI).In the 28th day after treatment, the primary recovered cases in test group account for 31.43%, significantly progressive cases 65.71%, and progressive cases 2.86%; in the control group,the primary recovered cases accounted for 7.35%, significantly progressive cases 22.06%, progressive cases 66.18%, and little progressive cases 4.41%. Overall clinical efficacy of the test group is better than the control group (p< 0.05). The indices of TC, TG, LDL-C and Fg are lower after treatment in all two groups, and there are more obvious advantages in the test group (P <0.01).In the control group, ALT is higher than the test group (P <0.01) and WBC decreased significantly (P <0.05) after treatment.Conclusion: 1.Reasonable combined therapy of the Cooperation of Chinese and western medicine can step down death rate, obviously facilitate functional recovery of cerebral nerves, improve long-term existence quality state and decrease disability rate of the patients of acute ischemic stroke.2.It can strongly control dyslipidemia, decrease fibrinogen, improve blood clotting function of the patients of acute ischemic stroke as well.
