| Objective To investigate the mobile changes of Chinese medicine syndrome in ischemic stroke patients during the acute period, observe changes of ADC value about DWI imaging, research the correlation between them.Methods 60 cases of diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke according with the criterion of diagnosis were randomly choosed,which were divided into six syndromes, such as feng type,huo type, tan type ,yu type,qixu type and yinxun yangkang type according to the essential factors of Chinese medicine syndrome. Assess the Chinese medicine syndrome value at the beginning and after ten days respectively, observe the alteration of syndrome during the different periods, at the same time, obtain the ADC value within 48 hours and after 10 days, which were compared with the Chinese medicine syndrome value above. All data were processed using the statistics software.Results During 6 to 48 hours from the flare up of disease , the ratio of occurrence respectively of individual syndrome were Qixu ,Huore,Yu, tan in turn. The pure feng syndrome was scarce .Huore syndrome degraded apparently, which had significant difference comparing with the tenth day of disease (P <0.05). The combination of syndromes was feng syndrome,huore syndrome, tan syndrome,yu syndrome,qixu syndrome in descending order. The combination of feng and huo syndromes were the most form at the beginning, but it also changed most promptly. Although individual syndrome or combined syndrome among tan,yu,qixu types, they kept steady comparatively. Feng and huore syndromes ameliorated apparently, which had significant difference comparing with the other syndromes(P <0.05). AndYinxu yangkang syndrome was the fewest,which was not compared in this reserch.The change of cumulative scoring of syndromes between the two stage was that the value of feng and huore syndromes degraded apparently after 10 days comparing with the beginning of disease. The average value of cumulative scoring in all syndromes degraded apparently, which had significant difference comparing with the other syndromes(P <0.05). The average values of feng and huore syndromes degraded apparently, which had significant difference comparing with the other syndromes(P <0.05).The ADC value of each syndrome was all at low level, which had no significant difference. Great changes of ADC value have taken place at the tenth day, that is to say, ADC values of feng and huore syndromes upgraded apparently, which had significant difference comparing with the other syndromes(P <0.05).Conclusion 1. The mobile changes of Chinese medicine syndrome in ischemic stroke patients during the acute period has regularity.Feng and huo syndromes change promptly, the syndrome value of them decrease apparently with the extension of the course of disease, and tan, yu, qixu syndromes are the steady factors in ischemic stroke patients during the acute period, which values have not great changes in front and behind. Yinxu yangkang type was the fewest syndromes during the acute period. The result verified that the pathological factors in ischemic stroke patients during the acute period are tan, yu, qixu syndromes, and the combination of feng and huo syndromes is the important form. These results argue that the complicated altering base of pathology lies in ischemic stroke patients during the acute period. 2. The research indicates that there is the correlation relationship between mobile evolution of Chinese medicine syndrome and the changes of ADC value in ischemic stroke patients during the acute period. The changes of ADC values in feng and huore syndromes had significant difference comparing with the other syndromes. The up growth of ADC value may be as one of the objective standards when feng and huore syndromes are diffreentiated.So changes of ADC value about DWI imaging may be as the objective supplementary means and index during the course of differentiating Chinese medicine syndrome. |
