Objective: To compare the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture by the fixation of lock compress plate (LCP), dynamic hip screw (DHS) and proximal femoral nail of anti-rotation (PFNA), to provide a reference for the fixation's choice and the research of intertrochanteric fracture. Methods: A total of 66 patients were selected to the final analysis, in which open reduction and LCP fixation in 16 cases, open reduction and DHS fixation in 18 cases, closed reduction and PFNA fixation with 32 cases. Through access to medical records, telephone follow-up, review of records, etc., and records the patients age, length of stay, length of surgical incision, operative time, intraoperative hameorrhage ,volume of drainage, time of load weight, time of fracture healing time ,compare the relatively good rate of hip function through the post-traumatic hip Sander's score , statistical treatment the records and comparative analysis. Results: The age of patients, length of stay in each group by the rank sum test, Pvalue>0.05, the difference is not statistically significant. The length of incision, operative time, intraoperative hameorrhage, volume of drainag, time of load weight, time of fracture healing time in each group by the rank sum test, Pvalue<0.05 ,statistically significant difference. Score of post- traumatic hip functional in each group by chi-square test, P>0.05,the difference is not statistically significance. Conclusion: Compared to other methods, PFNA is minimally invasive, accord to the principles of human biomechanics, and has advantages in the treatment. PFNA is correspond with the future development of intertrochanteric fractures'treatment.
