| Objective:Through clinical observation, the paper explained the effects of treating malignant tumors in supporting qi to strengthening the body and promoting blood circulation to eliminate blood stasis methods, and discussed its mechanism, to serve a reference for clinical use. Methods: 50 cases of advanced malignant old tumors patients were randomized into the control group and treatment group, 25 patients in each group. Treatment group patients were treated with supporting therapy associated with Breviscapine injection 250ml, SQFZI injection 250ml, 14 days as treatment cycle, and treated in another treatment cycle 5 days later. The general situations of two group patients were compared with each other after four cycles, including coagulation index, blood viscosity index, life quality and tumor metastasis. Results: The number of platelets, mycophenolate activated partial thromb oplastin time, prothrombin time, international normalized ratio, fibrinogen, D-dimer in treatment group were were decreased compared with the control group(p<0.05); Whole blood viscosity, high cut, cut, cut low, RBC aggregation index, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, platelet aggr- egation in treatment group were lower compared with the control group(P<0.05); Pain of treatment group patients were relieved obviously, and the qualities were improved accordingly, and the incidence of thrombosis was reduced(P<0.05). Conclusion: The medicine in promoting blood circu- lation to eliminate blood stasis effect can obviously improve high blood coag- ulation condition for tumor patients, and the medicine in supporting qi to strengthening he body effect can obviously improve the wholism situation and life qualitiesApplication Compatibility with both can achieve good clinical therapeutic effects.
