Proliferation Of Breast Cell Proliferation And Expression Of Treatment Wenyang Sanjie The Mechanism Of Mammary Glands

Objective: To investigate the expression of Ki-67 and PCNA in breast tissue of clinical patients, and the influence of traditional Chinese medicine to the tissular modality and the expression of Ki-67 and PCNA of cyclomastopathy of wister mousse.To discuss the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine from the way of the inhibition of cell multiplication.Methods: (1)Choose 20 patients from cyclomastopathy, and investigate the expression of Ki-67 and PCNA in breast tissue with immunohistochemistry. So do the precancerosis and breast carcinoma groups.(2)Molding and grouping of zoopery:To induce the model of cyclomastopathy of wister mouse with estrogen and progesterone.(blank group,control group,Ru Kuai Xiao Tang group,Ru zeng Ning group and tamoxifen group.Every group has 20 wister mouses.). To investigate the breast tissular modality and cyclomastopathy's pathology and level of wister mousse with HE. To investigate the effect to cyclomastopathy by Ru Xiao Kuai Tang.To exam the expression of Ki-67 and PCNA of the breast tissue of wister mousse by inmmunohistochemistry.To dissce the mechanism of action of Ru Kuai Xiao Tang to cyclomastopathy from the way of the inhibition of cell multiplication.Results: (1)The expression of Ki-67 and PCNA rose with the aggravation of breast disease of patients. The positive rates of Ki-67 in cyclomastopathy,precancerosis and breast carcinoma are 27.21±3.68%,35.12±3.76%,74.86±5.40%,and they have obvious differences. The positive rates of PCNA in cyclomastopathy,precancerosis and breast carcinoma are 24.41±2.00%,38.21±4.86%,78.24±3.41%,and they have obvious differences.(2) The breast tissular modality was normal in blank group of wister mouse.The level of duct epithelium and leaflet hyperplasia increase gradually in order of tamoxifen group, Ru Kuai Xiao Tang group, Ru zeng Ning group and control group. (P<0.05).(3)There were no Ki-67 and PCNA in blank group of wister mouse.The positive rates of Ki-67 and PCNA decreased gradually in the order of control group, Ru zeng Ning group, Ru Kuai Xiao Tang group and tamoxifen group.The positive rates of Ki-67 were 59.98±5.85%,21.38±2.38%,16.52±2.04%,15.78±1.83%.The positive rates of PCNA were 58.57±4.58%,21.47±2.00%,16.35±2.07%,16.09±1.88%.They have obvious differences.Conclusion:The expression Ki-67 and PCNA rose with the aggravation of cyclomastopathy,precancerosis and breast carcinoma in clinical patients.We can reduce the level of wister mouse's cyclomastopathy from histomorphology by the way of Wen Yang San Jie.We can control the expression of Ki-67 and PCNA of on the proliferation of hela cells in molecular level.These results may be useful in the treatment of cyclomastopathy.
