The Intervention Research Of HU-Ⅱ,TM On Coronary Artery Spasm Patients With Wen YangHuoXue Method

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of WenYangHuoXue Method on the Coronary Artery Spasm (CAS) patients with Yang-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and probe its mechanism of action by the intervention effect of hU-â…¡and TM. Methods:60 CAS patients with Yang-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome was divided into control group (n=30) and experiment group (n=30) randomly.The control group was treated with Diltiazem,while the experiment group was treated with XinTongNing Decoction and Diltiazem.Four weeks later,we observe the condition of anginal attack and the changes of Traditional Chinese syndrome,blood-fat, hU-â…¡and TM of two group patients. Result:After treatment,curative effect in experiment group patients is significantly better than that in control group patients on anginal,Traditional Chinese syndrome, TC,TG,LDL-C,hU-â…¡and TM(P<0.05);And also XinTongNing Decoction can obviously decreased the anginal frequency and time(P<0.05).Conclusion:WengYang HuoXue method is the effective method in treating CAS patients with Yang-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. XinTongNing Decoction can obviously treat CAS patient's anginal and other symptoms,improve the metabolic disorder of blood-fat,inhibit calcium ions'flow and protect the blood vessel endothelium thus to reduce the attack of CAS.
